Wget background download manager / News: Recent posts

There are following changes:

- wbm.sh now auto-reloads by default depending on the download_table_reload_interval
- the download table optionally shows the estimated remaining download time (Wget >= 1.11 needed)
- all percentage-encoded file name characters are now decoded (using UTF-8 format)
- setup.sh now adds a file to /etc/cron.d instead of modifying /etc/crontab
- cron file can be added with 'sudo' if setup was not started as root
- the download status is set to 'wait' instead of 'stop' if there is no wget process
- an optional audible warning before the system is halted
- a new option '-sc' that shows command and property shortcuts
- the valid values for auto_shutdown_wait_time have changed
- wbm can now be safely aborted with CTRL-C at any time
- some minor changes in setup.sh
- several bugfixes... read more

- all settings (except $wbm_dir) are now located in wbm.cfg
- the default value of $wbm_dir is now the directory path of wbm.sh
- some changes in setup.sh
- a few bugfixes
