#2 Does not compile with recent dom4j releases

The 0.9.5 beta sources require an old, unspecified
version of dom4j that still
has the class XPathEngine, which has been removed in
recent dom4j releases.

From the dom4j change log:

"Removed XPathEngine and XPathHelper and moved code
into DocumentFactory and DocumentHelper."

Any chance to fix this and release an update?
