Welcome to our Introduction Page.

WePro is short for Weather Provider, or an application that provides the weather.

We have utilized the following tools in order to develop this piece of software:

• Java SDK (1.6 and 1.7)
• Eclipse - Indigo and Kepler
• IBM's Rational Software Architect for UML, Sequence Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams
• Subversion
• SourceForge for repository control and distribution of "binaries"
• JUNIT for utilizing (partially) a pseudo "homebrew" variant Test Driven Development via MDSD

And some "data" providers during the runtime of the application:

• World Weather Online
• Yahoo Weather API
• Geocoder by Google for Zipcode and Long/Lat conversion
