On XP, the install goes fine but on trying to start, i end up with an error that says (Fast CGI has encountered a problem and needs to close)
The server is running, php isn't.
It being on windows xp is a problem (I have windows vista, windows 7, and
Ubuntu Lucid lynx, not XP) I might have an old computer I can use to work
on this. I'll look into it as fast as I can.

UPDATE: Okay guys, I think i can get a windows xp installation to work on this. I have several activation codes from old computers, and a friend of mine has an installation cd that I'm going to borrow it and install windows xp on my win7/ubuntu dual boot machine.
