#8 User Restriction Help Needed

In the standalone version I need to prohibit some users from accessing the System Module.

To do that I logged in as administrator and went to System Module ->Group File and created a group called Restricted Group. After that I added some users to that group and from the Program Information tab I unchecked Read,Addnew,Edit, Delete, Approve and Print. I left the From Group field blank and then saved. (I don't know how the From Group field works)

Still the System Module is accessible for the users I added to the Restricted Group. Why is that and what am I missing?

Also in the System Module ->User File I configured the same in the Program Information tab to see if the restriction works. It did not.

Any help will highly be appreciated.
