#6 Joomla 1.7

Is 0.0.3 the correct version for Joomla 1.7? If so I am getting the following error (see below) upon installation. The tables should be created upon install so I'm not sure if the is caused by the WERP software or Joomla?

WERP Component from Welcome Soft Limited.
UPDATE #__components SET link = 'option=com_werp' WHERE name = 'WERP';
Table 'amcheck.ch3ck_components' doesn't exist
