#2044 Feature request : Possibility to choose "OR" or "AND" in the filter

Feature request

Adding a way to choose if the filter (at least the label filter) is "OR" or "AND" when I pick several labels.

Problem description:

• Say I have 3 labels : "A", "B" and "C" and several cards having a mix of those 3 labels
• I want to display all cards having labels "A" and "B"
• Currently, if I check labels "A" and "B" in the filter, I'll have on display all cards containing "A" as well as all cards containing "B"
  => but I only want cards having labels "A and B", not "A and C" or "B and C"
