#1 configuration changes

hi,
no idea if development of weex has died...
anyway, if someday somebody continues with this great tool:

i got mad figuring out why my configuration did not
work as intended. (IgnoreRemoteDir) finally i had the
idea to delete the cache file and everything went fine now.
as it seems to be problematic to resume normal work
after config changed, i would propose that weex ignores
the cache if the config has changed since last sync
with this target.

thanks for this hint! I have had the same problem, after
deleting the cache file everything works fine!
For me, your suggestion sound very reasonable!
