#2 Use Repeat ID instead of Title

It would be nice if you could do a mass edit on events
that all had the same Reporting ID. As it is now, events
are mass-edited based on their Title. This isn't the best
way of doing things because I might have multiple
events with the same title that may or may not be
referring to the same event. If we used a Repeating ID
then we could do mass-edits and mass-delete's based
on the ID rather than the Title.
