Hey all,

I've updated WebWork's JIRA install (at
http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/webwork) to JIRA 1.3.

This means we now get:
- full text searching
- saved filters (v. useful for core developers!)
- cookie logins
- normal users can create attachments
- time tracking (not sure if we need that but I turned it on anyway)
- more that I can't remember
