Hello,

The velocity-dep*.jar is not from the 1.2 release but a release candidate
prior to the official 1.2 release.

Also, the docs mention installing velocity.jar and commons-collections.jar
rather than the velocity-dep-1.2.jar.  That may be technically correct but
it seems to me the doc should also mention what's actually installed.
