hello,

I haven't downloaded webwork for a while and tried it today. It compiled
ok but gave following error message duering tomcat startup. I depolyed
webwork.war and did not make any changes to tomcat or webwork
configuration except I added log4j.jar into tomcat/lib directory.

PARSE error at line 1 column -1
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Character conversion error: "Unconvertible
UTF-8
character beginning with 0x8d" (line number may be too low).
