I decided that the SOAP JSP tag didn't make sense - and really seemed to
break the MVC model.
After I started working with it a bunch today, it was apparent that too
much model related information was required to sufficiently support
complex web services and that information shouldn't be part of the view.
I have refactored it out and removed the documentation references.
