[Webwork-user] Webwork 1.2

I downloaded Webwork 1.2 and deploy the webwork.war file to Jboss 3.0.1alpha 
and got "Page Cannot be display.." and Fatal error in 
file:/C:/orion/applications/webwork/tests/formtest.jsp at line 2: External 
entity not found: 
"file:/C:/orion/applications/webwork/tests/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd".

What has changed from Version 1.1 to 1.2 besides moving it to opensymphony?  
I deployed the webwork.war that comes with 1.1 and everything worked fine.  
Am I missing something or the war have some missing files?
