[Webwork-devel] OS integration

I'm working on integrating WW with OS. We need to
freeze all CVS updates until SF moves the WW module
under OS. I'm about to open up a ticket and I'm not
sure how long this will take so we need to go ahead and
freeze development until it is moved.
