Hi,

i want to try to document the Action API in a user-readable way like
Matt Baldree has done it in "Chapter1 Webwork Fundamentals - Action API"
but of course with a deeper look into it.

1. Is this desirable to have?
2. is anyone yet working on this?
3. in which format should i write?
