[Webwork-devel] Taglib guidelines

Hey guys,

Just found these (care of Shawn Bayern) and thought they would be of use to
WW. They're from the Jakarta taglibs project, which like it or hate it, has
a lot of experience in developing tags.

I believe the WW tags violate at least one of them (my release() troubles!)
but it's a great overall summary of things to watch out for.
