[Webwork-devel] defining views

I would like to propose that we define the view mapping as we have done for 
log4j. You just specify the file and WW will read in a property or XML file. 
Right now WW by default loads the property file and conditionally loads the 
XML file. I don't see the reason we need to load two files since most people 
will just use one format like log4j.
