I made some things clearer and removed some blatant errors (thanks
Salaman)..

I'll add some more advanced stuff over then next few days.... as I
figure it out :)

If someone who has not used velocity with webwork would try to get the
example in this doc running and let me know anything thats not clear
enough, i would appreciate it.
