[Webwork-devel] Persistent WebTable!

WebTable's were annoying me because as soon as you surf away from the
page, and back you lose all your sort settings.

So I've modified the tag to optionally store sort settings in the user's
session. (See attached source file)

It's fully backward compatible so I don't see any reason to wait until
1.1 to include it. 

To enable persistent sorting, just add the attribute persistent="true"
to the tag when you use it - voila!

(You'll also need to add that as an optional parameter to the taglib.tld
file)
