when I do a clean checkout I get the correct files, however, when doing =
a 'update -P -r HEAD' later on I get the .form package

if you look at this link it seems like you added the files again after =
they was moved... (in rev 1.3 which was head)

Yes they have been moved to the UI package. You had them in the form=20
directory???

Can you do a clean checkout and get the right files?
