I scanned the stats for TheServerSide.com, and granted that's a special 
audience, but the numbers were clear. IE5-IE6 was used by 90% of all users.

Well, I'm not saying supporting *only* those, but to make them the 
focusm, i.e. what's in standard. If you want to support others, then 
that's fine, just make a new template set. But using CSS for styling is 
just such a great thing that IMHO it can be used now.

As before, IE5-IE6 are completely inferior to Mozilla with regard to CSS 
rendering (and pretty much everything else) but at least the support is 
ok-ish.
