Fixed, although I added that the alias had to be defined in the first 
place in order to be added to the mappings.

Well, you can't name a list webwork-cvs (SourceForge limitation, 
webwork-cvs-list would work), but other than that, I prefer to have it 
to dev since then you know that all developers will see the messages. No 
complaining about "I didn't see that change!". Why would it be more 
convenient to have a separate list?
