Just an observation... In one of your previous
posts you create a menu based on java.util.Map
Have you thought about using JMenu straight?
It has a menber "getSubElements()". Now, if we can
introspect "Object[] getPropery" in the webwork tags,
we could use JMenu and some other Swing widgets too.
Imagine the code reusability!
