I have no idea. It seems like OneShot isn't working for you when the URL:
1) Has a query string
2) Leaves off the ".py"
but that case works fine for me.
Maybe whatever is running your server is deciding what handler to send the
files to by extension? I realize that one of the working cases hasn't got an
extension, either, but maybe it's being complicated by the querystring?
