After not giving FFK enough attention for a while, I've finally
revisited it, cleaned it up, and most importantly I've added complete
documentation. Reading the source should no longer be necessary to use
FFK -- both introductory and reference documentation is included, and is
completely up to date.
But what is it?
FunFormKit is a HTML form validation and generation package for
Webware. It's particularly useful for complex forms, where it will
allow a user to see problems with the submission and resubmit the form
until they get it right. It also includes some compound and dynamic
HTML widgets, and some more complex validators.
Where is it?
What state is it in?
I've changed a bunch of stuff around in this release and added some
significant features. I expect there are bugs I've missed.
What's been added?
* Repeating and compound fields are the big feature addition.
* New servlet interface that should be much easier to work with.
* New layout definition, for making prettier forms easier.
* Several forms of file uploading fields have been added, a color
picker field, and several new validators.
