#12 install.py shouldn't write to CVS files

When you run "python install.py" it attempts to
overwrite some files such as StyleSheet.css which
are part of the CVS sources. This causes
problems because many source control systems will
leave all files read-only until they are explicitly
checked out. Also, it doesn't make any sense to
check files in when you intend them to be overwritten
immediately after installation.

We should remove StyleSheet.css from CVS (and all
other files which install.py write to that are
currently in CVS).

I removed the offending StyleSheet.css files from CVS.
