webUserPrefs++ / News: Recent posts

I have added a few screenshots on how it all looks.
There are still some things I need to take care of before I can launch this thing to everyone.
I will add more easiness to configuring everything.

For the moment this is only made to work with CommuniGate, but it will be easy to make a login for anything. The login procedure are based on the old webUserPrefs made by bstory.
