[Webunitproj-users] IOException during newWebClient()

I just downloaded Webunit and I the following error is thrown for
DefaultWebFactory.newWebClient():

I am running my test within Eclipse with the argument:
-Dzeborg.webunit.msvm.cp=3DE:\tools\webunit\webunit-1.02\webunit-ms.jar

=20

Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?  Please help.
