Release 0.4 is out, featuring SSL support

Release 0.4 of WebUnit is out; the only significant change relative
to 0.3 is the addition of SSL support, courtesy of a patch from
Oliver Rutherfurd.

Provided you have an SSL-capable Python, 'https://' URLs should work
with webunit in exactly the same way as 'http://' URLs.
