#4 Recurring Transactions

An easy way to keep track (ie. not forget to add)
recurring transactions, such as rent.

add a tab similar to the edit budget tab containing
a list of each transaction ordered by due date
a checkbox beside each one to tick the ones you want
to pay with a submit button.

a skip option beside each transaction could simply
increase the due date by the nominated interval.

using an interface similar to the add/edit_transactions
screens with inputs for next due date and interval.
