[Webtutorials-team] New Release

Hi,

I added Release0_2 to the project page with some minor changes from the 
first release (e.g. new menu items). Also try reading the release notes for 
information on how to get the package working. I'm very sad to see how ppl 
want to join and I never hear from them after... I hope at least someone 
will help me with this tutorials site. Thx in advance!
