Compare to JSP tree, (https://sourceforge.net/projects/jsptree/),this design is neat.
Just the ant build file, you may need to add a project to create the "Dist", the .war file.
I hope you can keep going and have the "Activity" value higher, so more people and search out it. It took me a while to find this one out.
Now dist is ok
