#6 Footnote translator

Create a translator that creates footnotes with the
wiki syntax of [footnote content], possibly allowing
the content itself to be in Wiki syntax. The footnote
would put [1] at that location with a link to the
footnote at the bottom of the page.

This might be more easily implementable with javascript.
