Webtools alpha 0.0.1

This week I will upload an alpha version of a set of tools for developers called Webtools.
This software will contain the following features:

- Send HTTP requests manager and gather information.


- Visual Studio Project Tools
    - Clean project (and temp files).
    - Remove not included files.
    - Update JS libraries (jQuery, Mootools etc.)
    - Convert project to another .NET version.


- Easy SQL query manager.

And more.
