[Websyntax-core] dbasis disappearing relationship bug quashed/documentation updated

At long last, the DBasis disappearing relationship bug has been 
quashed. The fix has been tested and is in CVS. If you are relatively 
current, just update from CVS in your classes/metadata directory.

Documentation has also been updated to accurately reflect public and 
private methods, and slight improvements (inclusion of parameter and 
return documentation, where possible) have been made.

Sorry for the length of time between updates, but we've been incredibly 
busy on client work.

The good news is we should be on track for an 0.0.5 release in the 
relatively near future. Stay tuned.
