[Websyntax-core] [OT] Test Server Examples/Conditions

Hi guys, a bit off-topic this question but I am intrigued as to how you
test versions of your server in-house. Do you have an example of how to
set up a test server on a windows machine? If you don't then how do you do
it on Unix? I should be able to set up a test box with Red Hat or
something like that on to test the server. The reason I am asking this is
because development time is costly and slow on dialup. I am open to all
ideas, any help much appreciated.
