#9 Add simple SQL command box

Might be useful to have a pane where you could execute
arbitrary SQL statements. Don't want to try to
replicate functionality of phpMyAdmin, but would be
nice to be able to check something quickly without
firing up a shell or Mascon. Maybe limit only to
SELECT statements? Use ADOdb's rs2html function to
spit out results.
