#7 Add SQL script record mode

Would be very useful to add a "SQL Record" mode in
dbasis. Turning this on would record SQL INSERT,
UPDATE, and DELETE queries to a file (or store in
SESSION and present on request).

This would save quite a bit of time in a situation
where changes are made to a development site, then
applied to live site after testing.
