[Webswell-tech] webswell connect omar registry

Dear sir/madam

I have installed webswell connect 2.1.1 on windows 7, and I could successfully send a control file between two clients by uploading CPA in directories.But now I want to use omar registry browser for uploading CPA but whenever I try to do this via http://127.0.0.1:9365/omar/registry/soap I get The requested resource (/omar/registry/soap) is not available message. Is this a matter with windows 7 or Should I do some configuration to get access to registry?
