We have made these changes and bugfixes:

- Added Dispatcher 1.0.5 with fixed CPA reading from Registry/Repository
- Added email settings for Hermes 2 server
- Fixed problem in Webswell Dispatcher - wrong reading of RetryInterval
and wrong reading of ToPartyId ToPartyName in=20
XSLT
- Fixed reading of ToParty parameters ToPartyRef, ToPartyRefType,
ToCollaborationRoleName
- Changed implementation of Xalan in java endorsed to 2.6.0
- Fixed problem with SMTP. It is caused by CPA value protocol. It should
be set to "mailto" instead mail
