After several beta releases Webswell Connect 2.1 is finally released. We have chosen HSQLDB as a default database system. HSQLDB is completely written in Java this enables us easier adjustments for various platforms. Installation packages for Java web services are separated. We included Webswell Dispatcher 1.1.22. It has improved handling of AS2 and Reg/Rep messages. It is able to load Ebxml collaboration profile agreements with hundreds of partnerships much faster. We are using windows services for hsqldb database and for Registry/Repository tomcat on windows.

  Is this release working with JDK 1.5.0_06 only like WebswellConnect 2.0.6 or can we use another version of JDK?

    It works on JDK 1.5.0_06. There are still some issues with other JDKs
