#3 Text Widget Does Not Bubble Error Msgs Corrrectly

To duplicate, add a text widget to a section and use a the "file" parameter to display a file but do NOT specify a name value for the widget and the text widget will not display but will also not complain. As soon as you add a name parm is displays fine.
