Let the user change/choose the Admin directory in the admin.

Make a textbox where the user can set the dynamic Admin path.
Example:
Default admin Dir is 'admin'
Textbox contains 'admin'
url will be:
http://local/wsl/admin/

user sets it to;
Textbox contains 'cp'
url will be:
http://local/wsl/cp/
