Build a module for Terminal Server that will provision AD accounts and set account properties as well as create a Organization Folder on a hard drive either on the TS or on a File Server and set a quota template to the folder. It seems all of these pieces except for the quota and perhaps account properites are already available and all that needs to be done is for them to be wrapped up into a module. I think this would be a huge addition to the product from a hosters perspective.
