#21 Scheduled task bug - intervals

hi

as serveradmin if i create a reseller plan with scheduled tasks intervals minimum 20 minutes, if that reseller creates a plan with a lower figure ie 1 minute.. it works. this should not be allowed to over write the serveradmin settings.
