#10 No quota root, no login, no error.

Using the original funclib.pl trying to log on to websieve
produces the Login Error
There was an error in login you to the server. Please
click HERE and try again.
System Error: No Errors
screen.

This can be consistantly reproduced on my system by
deleting the quota root from the login users 'inbox'
(/var/lib/imap/quota/t/user.test) and running
reconstruct. Trying to login before running reconstruct
gives: Login Error
There was an error in login you to the server. Please
click HERE and try again.
System Error: IMAP::Admin [ get_quotaroot ]: couldn't
get quota for INBOX : try NO System I/O error

Workround:
a) Setting a quota (zero or more) for the user, or
b) Use funclib.cyrus in place of funclib.pl
