I am using Windows XP Sp2 and WebServ 1.2.7. I am able to get Geeklog to install and run just fine. However both E107 and Gallery fail during configurations, and give me HTTP 403 errors. I am assuming that security measures on Apache are set too high. And while I certainly appreciate that, I am also unfamiliar with how to change those security settings myself.
Could someone provide me with some suggestions on where to adjust these security settings, and which security settings I should change in order to get Gallery and/or E107 to work? Both applications seem to fail whenever they try to write to their own configure.php files, but I may be wrong.
Thanks!

I have been able to get Gallery to install now (it would fail because Gallery defaults it's temp directory as C:\Windows\Temp, changing that fixed it). However I still get the occasional error with geeklog. Specifically whenever I attempt to post content containing HTML code.
How can I configure the WebServ install to allow HTML code to be entered, or at least allow certain HTML tags to be entered (i.e. bold, italic, img, anchors, etc)
