My PHP script error line xxx can not be shown

Dear all experts,
I have put the php files under the C:\WebServ\wwwroot\htdocs. If my php script is correct, the desirable page will be shown correctly.
However, if my php script have something wrong..there is no error line xxx...It just show nothing(blank) for the error php script. So it seems like no debugger. Please help
