Windows 2000 SP4 + latest webserv install:

apache -k install
blah blah blah : make_sock could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80

Just as a warning to others - I was about to send a call for help on this one and then I realised it was Skype who has hogging that port 80 ! he he
